We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Co-op who is currently enrolled in college to join our team. This offer is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the engineering field while working on impactful projects. The ideal candidate is someone getting a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field. Minimum Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, preferably Mechanical Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and practices.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Eagerness to learn, contribute, and work collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning of some projects within the company.
- Perform / Assist with requalifcations such as Temp Mappings and other pharma equipment.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Support project managers in coordinating project activities and resources.
- Participate in team meetings, providing updates on project status and contributing ideas for process improvements.
- Conduct research and analysis to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
