Job Description
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, vendors, walk-ins, social media, and local sourcing channels.
Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting for niche and critical positions.
Conduct preliminary screening to assess candidates' technical suitability and
budgetary tment and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage bulk hiring targets and ensure timely closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
Ensure smooth candidate engagement, follow-ups, and onboarding support.
Demonstrate excellent stakeholder engagement skills by partnering closely with
hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements, align recruitment priorities, provide regular hiring updates, and ensure a smooth
and e ective recruitment process.
Identify and recommend e ective sourcing strategies based on role
requirements and market availability.
Conduct market mapping and talent research for specialized and hard-to- ll
positions.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring
requirements.
Utilize advanced search techniques like Boolean to identify and source relevant
candidates across job portals.
Perform talent mapping and market mapping to identify potential candidates for
niche, critical, and hard to ll positions.
