comstruct is building the agentic workforce for European construction. Our agents turn paper delivery notes, fragmented invoices and offline supplier decisions into structured, real-time data and live decisions, embedded inside the largest contractors in Europe and the US. To accelerate this journey, we secured a €12.5M seed financing round from 20VC and Google Ventures, along with top European investors.\n\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\n\nWe're looking for Product Engineers who want to own that from end to end. Not just write code but design, build, and ship complete autonomous agents that actually work in the real world, inside some of the most operationally complex companies on the planet.\n\nThis is what it means to be a Product Engineer at comstruct: you get a problem, you form a hypothesis, and you drive it all the way to a fully working autonomous system. You own the agent logic, the backend, the frontend, the iteration with real customers. From zero to deployed, end to end.\n\n What We Are Looking For\n\n - You have at least 3 years of experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up, and you can point to things you've shipped and truly owned and not just contributed to\n\n - You care deeply about whether what you build actually solves the problem, and you're comfortable navigating ambiguity to get there\n\n - What we care about most: you think like a builder. You take ownership seriously. You have the drive and the track record to prove it\n\n - Full proficiency in German and English.\n\n You have ownership to drive a new product initiatives like:\n\n - Procurement Agents - fully autonomous systems that handle material orders directly from the construction site, from the first requisition all the way to the posted invoice, with no human action required\n\n - Contract Management - tools that give construction companies complete, real-time visibility into every active contract across their operations\n\n - Your own idea - if you see a way to 10x the value of our platform, you have the mandate and the support to go build it\n\n - Your tech stack: Typescript, NestJS, React, GCP, Hazura, Flutter\n\n How are we setting you up for success\n\n - Shape your career path: We give you the freedom to own your work and build something from the ground up\n\n - Support and mentoring from our engineering mentors via our network with Google Ventures and 20VC, early access to latest LLMs and SDKs for experimentation\n\n - Own a piece of the pie: We offer equity options so you're a true owner, sharing directly in the success you help create on top of a competitive salary\n\n - You'll have a dedicated development budget to invest in your skills, from certificates to conferences so you can grow with the company\n\n - Relocation support to help you feel at home in Munich\n\n - And of course top notch hardware, any AI productivity tools you need, daily dinner options, wellpass subscriptions and yearly offsites (the last ones were in Mallorca and Italy).
