Join our Customer Success Management organization, where we help customers get value from our products, stay engaged, and choose to stay with us. The team brings deep expertise in email, in-product messaging, and campaign design.

Within our Partner CSM program, you will adapt proven lifecycle strategies, including activation and win-back, for partners with their own brands, customer data, and needs. You will work closely with CSM leaders and colleagues to turn successful retention approaches into scalable partner campaigns while maintaining a consistently high standard.

As our partner ecosystem grows, you will shape the campaigns that welcome new customers, help them get started, and encourage them to stay. You will create reusable email templates, test and improve campaign performance, and build practical playbooks that help us deliver successful programs across a diverse group of partners.

• Design and optimize partner welcome, activation, and retention email campaigns.
• Create reusable templates that can be tailored to different partner brands and customer needs.
• Analyze campaign results, run A/B tests, and use insights to improve performance.
• Document successful approaches and turn them into scalable campaign playbooks.
• Work with partners and internal teams to gather requirements, refine campaign plans, and deliver effective communications.

• Three to five years of experience in email marketing, campaign management, or lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot.

• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use performance metrics and testing to guide decisions.
• Ability to create reusable campaign templates, processes, or playbooks.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams and with partners.

• Make a visible contribution to customer activation, engagement, and retention across our partner ecosystem.
• Own campaigns from planning and testing through analysis and improvement.
