Competitive Pay: $19 to $24 per hour based on experience
Full-Time Position: Approximately 31-40 hours per week
Schedule: 8-hour workday, with start and end times varying depending on the job
Overtime: Available and paid at time and a half for hours worked over 40
Paid Drive Time: Drive time is paid from the shop to the job site
Medical Insurance: Company pays 80% of premiums
Life & Disability Insurance: Company pays 100% of premiums
Dental & Vision Insurance: Available with premiums paid 100% by the employee
401(k): Company contributes up to 80% of the first 5% you contribute
Annual Bonus: Bonus paid based on the business's net profit

Complete insulation installation according to project specifications and company procedures
