CNC Machine Programmer Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$25.00 to $35.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

Key Responsibilities:

Program CNC machines using MasterCam.
Set up and operate 5-axis Mills, live-tooling Lathes, and Wire EDMs
Read and interpret technical designs, blueprints, and drawings. Execute jobs with minimal oversight and high precision
Perform quality checks and maintain tight tolerances. Collaborate with team members to solve problems and improve processes

CNC Machine Programmer Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in CNC machining.
High Proficiency in MasterCam software with Proven experience operating 5-axis Mills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to critically think, troubleshoot, and develop solutions
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
