This is an entry-level, on-site position that supports daily business operations, customer relationships, team initiatives, and growth projects. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others.
Your focus
· Assist with operational and business-development activities
· Interact directly with customers, partners, and employees
· Coordinate projects, schedules, and follow-up
· Track performance indicators and recommend improvements
People contact is part of the job. This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment.
Background: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and dependable; comfortable initiating conversations; organized and adaptable; able to work effectively as part of an on-site team. Prior related experience is helpful but not required where training is provided.
