Job Description

Dallas Power Sports is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support our dealership’s day-to-day operations. This position will assist with customer communications, sales administration, vehicle paperwork, scheduling, and general office support.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms

Assist with sales paperwork, invoices, purchase documents, and customer records

Schedule appointments, deliveries, and follow-ups

Maintain accurate digital files and dealership records

Coordinate with sales and management teams

Enter and update customer and vehicle information

Assist with online listings and basic administrative tasks

Provide professional and timely customer service

Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organization

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and online systems

Previous administrative, automotive, powersports, or customer service experience preferred
